Your SOLEX S 3800 was built with great care, and it is guaranteed for 1 year, from the date it was put into circulation, against all defects or hidden flaws, parts, and labor.

You must address an accredited dealer, and we reserve the right to examine the parts that are the object of the warranty appeal. It is especially fitting to differentiate between a defect and normal wear and tear.

It is mandatory to use the original spare parts in order to benefit from the warranty.

• Disrespect of the mandatory inspection that must be done after 500km or three full tanks of gas.

• Lack of grease, even momentarily, either by insufficience or by the use of poor-quality oil.

• Use in conditions other than those prescribed by law.

• Modifications that may affect the integrity of parts or safety.

Note: the responsibility of the society IMPEX or of its agent can in no case be engaged in the case of material or bodily damage even if these are the result of a vehicle defect. It does not cover la prise en charge, eventual transfers, nor the damages that can result, nor the responsibility for loss or personal accidents of any nature, no matter what their cause.
